Short films are a great way for up-and-coming film directors to showcase their talents. They often tackle important issues, such as teen issues, in a creative and thought-provoking way. Stoney Point is one such short film. The crew at Big Ears Audio was asked to work on the sound design and mix for the film. We were excited to work on a project that we felt would have an important message. The group of teens in the film deals with many relatable issues, such as peer pressure and bullying. We hope that our work on the sound design and mix will help to bring the viewer into the world of the characters and make them think about these important issues.
